I am so confused on this timeline compared to the 1st first 😭 i’m 100 pages in and still can’t line it up right

I think I am going to DNF this book. Overall connotation is anger towards those that don’t understand adoption/fostering. While I’ve experienced the scenarios/examples myself at time, there’s little grace given in these chapters so far. Feels like it’s fueling the fire of being mad at family and friends which is not the perspective I want to read/experience.

I’ve really struggled to get into this whole series which is so surprising from how highly suggested it is. This book though, has been my most anticipated of the series and it is just disappointing me 😭 uggh
