If I have to read one more interlude I'm gonna scream
Which is funny, bc at this point I'm not even reading them
So really, if I have to skip one more interlude I'm going to scream

This book is vaguely cursed
Does every single joke have to be bathroom humour or a sexual reference
I'm begging you 💀
It feels like Sanderson did the politics and the major plot points and then let a teenage boy write the rest
...and I've known teenage boys with thoughts more sophisticated and humor more funny

Conceptually delightful but I'm sorry...what is going on with the prose? Feels very much like the writing equivalent of cold porridge. Maybe I'm too sensitive bc I haven't read Sanderson in a while. Been reading too much flowy poetic stuff recently maybe??
