So far the author has just rambled about ruined she interpreted for Dead people despite not being a certified interpreter. There doesn't seem to be a plot and cranky the author writes like a fourth grader. I have no clue why this book has Wang positive reviews.
BTW: I am Deaf and expected so much more from this book.

Just. Can’t. Get. Into. It.

The book has gotten so much better! YP did what? KFS isn’t a complete jerk? Julia actually stood up and explained Deaf Culture to an authority figure? None of this seemed possible in the first half of the book. Way to grow some ovaries as you say (and I’ve been saying for years).

Great but really long.
