I love Nora Ephron, and I get writing is therapeutic, but this book I think was her journal during a dark time of her marriage. I commend the rawness, but I am uncertain if I am the right audience for this book.

Why do I feel like they are trying to justify the fact that they are going to cheat? Why are they building a whole relationship and co-parenting a dog when they are obviously into each other? Yes, love is complicated… But this book? It is just feeling icky because they are actively building a relationship while she is in a relationship.
