This is such an entertaining read! I can't predict any of the plot twists! At first it reminded me of Fourth Wing but with dire wolves, then a bit of Powerless, but now I can't even imagine where it's headed! All I know is I can't put it down!

Is Pierce Brown footing the therapy bill for everyone who reads this book? Asking for a friend who's currently in the market for a straight jacket.

The banter is top notch and all the creative and graphic insults have me in stitches while simultaneously clutching me pearls! 😂

You can tell Navessa Allen has fun writing her books. I imagine her typing at her desk and cracking herself up, then working that reaction in as the protagonist's inner monologue. 🤭
I'm so here for it! Explains why I'm devouring this werewolf romance; something I rarely reach for and not at all a sub-genre I expected Navessa Allen would dabble in.

In the last book I began to think of Raphael as the "pointless 1st love interest" when he kept tying to force the FMC to supress her 2nd power. Now he's putting "rules" above her. Meanwhile, Nia's been hearing the Dream Stalker in her mind for years and he's genuinely celebrating her 2nd power. It's giving true mates. 🤔

Not sure how I feel about this one. He's 35 and has seen some shit. She's a 22 year old virgin who's never left their little town. I'm definitely trying very hard to repress my ick...😬🫣🤢

No way! Mario Blackwood did NOT just write a "my house, my chair, my woman" scene in here!

She's such an annoying FMC. I still don't like her after 4 books. And the writing is so repetitive. I'm constantly reading about how her heart is reacting to everything, in every 5-10 sentence of this book. And I'm so over reading "pleasure zaps in my spine." At least the plot was good in the other books.

First book was alright.
The second one was good.

If I don't read "Mabona's Tits!" again, I'd die a happy woman. Seriously, pick a new phrase FFS! 🤪

I do not like the narrators.
Samantha Brentmoor does these weird inflections that make everything sound like a question.
Megan Wicks mispronounces words like "chasm" (ch-asm instead of "k-asm").
Jason Clarke sounds like Chris Griffin from Family Guy and he speaks so quietly compared to the female narrators so if you turn up the volume to hear him better, the female narrators' part sounds too loud.
