Reading slump tips because I’m not falling into it when summer just started

My progress is so slow with this book compared to the two first ones 😭 maybe because I’m really trying to understand the worldbuilding of the 4 level (yes I know the author said you could ignore it but I can’t help it) but overall it’s still very fun and unhinged but the deeper themes are really starting to emerge (car’s abusive dad and oppression from governments) which is great but not what I expected
