The female narrator is very good, very pleasant audio … and then I reached chapter 12 and the male narrator started 😖
This guy could be reading a phone book with this toneless / flat voice.
Nothing to swoon about, definitely not the Mateo Vera was talking about !

Nothing original in the book so far, but the author just made my day when describing the « open ocean » the heroin could see from her balcony … in Italy 😅

So frustrated with this book so far. It feels like the author only had a meager plot idea and tried to milk it as much as possible. It took ten chapters to get to the explanation the H was so adamant to give since chapter 1 and still it was only partial 🙄
On the narrators side, the male voice is ok, but the female one makes the h sounds like a silly, whining teenager. Still 5 hours to go 🥺
