Yup re reading/listening to some books whilst decorating

This is very surface level- it’s not my cup of tea - it’s an easy read but there at least needs to be some depth and character development- prob another DNF coming

I should not listen to someone recommending an indie author cos they work hard - I agree they do but I should have done further inspection on the book - think I may be a DNF- I’ll see

This is an older book- and I saw people raving about the series- so far I am struggling - maybe should be eye ball reading as I’m struggling with the narrators voice as well

I’m struggling with this Tobias was my favourite but this book lacks- I feel it’s missing something

Well I went down a rabbit hole looking for books like the burbon boys after loving it - but this is lacking plot - think the spice has gone on for a few captures now and I’m getting bored - may be a DNF

I need something a little different to fantasy

I am really struggling with this!! It just feels never ending and not in a good way! I don’t like the characters, I am not connecting with them- slow burn??? What slow burn. - the pacing is a mess. It just feels like a drag- and I paid for it after so many good reviews. Which is annoying! I will pause and then continue

Enjoyed this- it’s just one of those books I describe as a really good time. I don’t like the sort of school settings but this didn’t bother me
