This book is super cute but kinda predictable but I still like it anyways

There’s always a miscommunication trope/not telling each other how you feel and it makes me so mad. (I will say, tho I haven’t been/fell in love or even liked someone enough for it (avoidant attachment 🥲), I do understand how scary it will be when I do)

Abby Jimenez. Wow. She is not only an amazing writer but she really dives into the hard stuff, like ALS. Before reading this book, I knew about ALS but never truly understood how much it can break your heart. Currently on chapter 27 and I had to stop and research more in depth about it and ended up crying. I’m absolutely in love with her books. So scared for the rest of the book but I’ll update

Book vs. movie. In the movie, the “work friends” storyline is completely skipped over. In the book, Lucy talks about her best friend from work Valerie, who felt betrayed by Lucy b/c she thought Lucy would’ve told her she was getting fired, who now hates her, another reason to truly hate Joshua Templemen.
