Stumbled upon the first surprising plot twist

Tricky to read along dungeon crawler Carl. (Spoilers ahead). Levels vs. classes. Opposite in numbering. Borant syndicate vs the hierarchy… not getting the experience could towards levels when defeating a level 93 elemental vs. not getting the credit of conquering the labyrinth towards class acceleration. 🫠 except this is like 300 pages longer. Still good. Just a weird choice on my part.

How’s the book!? It’s refreshing and comforting and sweet and DELICIOUS and I’m only three chapters in. I don’t want to forget how it is feeling to read these pages for the first time because I already know I’ll be coming back to this one over and over.

Only plan to finish this because I found it as an audiobook but man. For how good the movie is I’m shocked at how hard this is for me to get through.

Realizing how much of my 2016 experience and all of tumblr at that time was probably shaped by this book…
