spooky season is right around the corner 🥰

i was obsessed with this movie as a teenager (like mid 2010s)… shocking. i’ve wanted to read the book for years & i’m finally doing that at the ripe age of 25 🤪

i read a review saying the spicy scenes are cringy, and i agree 😭 the one spicy scene was…. odd and came out of nowhere… i kinda hate & love how slow this is going though

we love a slow burn

Determined to finish this book tonight (have to take a break to get to work soon tho)

spicy (of course), but the topics of mental health, family dynamics & toxic friendships?? a twist i didn’t see coming

finding the passion to read again, after not reading for at least a year, is so utterly refreshing & rewarding. i’ve missed this peace of mind.
