Recently, I had read a book “ the emperor of all melodies” and I got suggestion of this book on my timeline. I had same expectation at least with content and knowledge, but this book fails at every front. The book does not go through history of tuberculosis. It does not talk about struggle to develop medicine or anything that shot of things. I’m not happy with it.

Saw this book cover and I got very fascinated with title. My expectations from this book was to find out the lifestyle, warfare techniques, thought process of Genghis khan. But this doesn’t fulfil this purpose and book isn’t consistent enough. Sometime it talks about his childhood then skip directly to his marriage. Book only took references of The Secret History and doesn’t include any field work by author.
