Already, I want to jump off a building

I picked up almost immediately after the hunger games cause my heart broke when Peeta’s did but also because I legit love Suzanne Collins

After having already watched the movies I truly appreciate the source material because I see how the message Collin’s has been able to be sent out to the masses compared to the readers, which is still a hell of a lot of people.

Loved the interviews with Caesar and I just got the fact that Lucky was his dad 😭 also never imagined that the Newcomers would be able to make the Careers look unfavorable in the games, that’s a first.

Not much progress but things are staring to fall into place

I’m getting amped up to start the games, I hope it lives up to my expectations!

I love the plot and the storytelling but I’m already bracing myself for the games as I can tell the tributes are creating a sense of family as the Newcomers

This has been one of the most emotionally charged books I have ever read and I’m not even on part two😭
