the age gap is icky for me , I don’t want to judge his intentions but I hope he isn’t trying to groom her . The narrator is being too ridiculous of course you won’t be allowed to call him a name his WIFE called him , and god she’s so insecure about her age omg I hope she realises that age doesn’t equal maturity ( ꩜ - ꩜;)

ᯓ : ‘ I love this subtle awkwardness yet chemistry between our narrator and Mr de winter , also could Rebecca have been killed or did she commit suicide ? One thing for sure is that Mr de winter avoids Manderly because it might remind him of her death . ‘ .☘︎ ݁˖

this is such a new experience, I struggled a lot (I still am) in the first few pages because it was a whole different sentence construction . . It is apparent normal in classics so I should eventually get used to it but so far it’s becoming slightly clearer, Mr de winter seems like a gentleman and I love the melancholic style of writing !! 𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯

the cover allured me, I also read the description and it seemed intriguing (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶). The book gave me major winter vibes so I’ll take it as a sign to start it now , this is my first classic by the way !!

જ⁀➴ I’ve saved a good amount of page numbers to reread in the future, genuinely started blushing when Aaron confessed. It was just so pure so so wholeheartedly. Ann did a really good job at making me like Aaron, I love how they communicate a lot which I don’t see often in current books. ꉂ(˵˃ ᗜ ˂˵)
