Maybe Emily’s death was not an accident.
Maybe Luke is not actually Scott’s son. Billy’s mom left, maybe she was having an affair with Scott ? Or maybe Jack Finney and Dianne were having an affair, and they conceived Luke and Billy’s mom found out and left?
Emily and Nina knew something and their deaths may not be accidental or self inflicted

Luke still has shady stuffy going on

Ok maybe Billy didn’t do it. He is constantly with Jet. I really do think Luke and Sophia have something to do with this. I don’t know about Henry, I am not considering the drunk guy because that seems too obvious

Right now I am thinking that JJ & Henry are being threatened by Luke.
I think Sophia acted alone in poisoning Scott (Luke’s dad)
I think Luke is doing something shady with the business behind his dad’s back. But for some reason I feel like Billy may be the killer. He is an has been in love with Jet. She has blown him off for 14 years.

So far it’s been good at keeping my attention. Jet is annoying me slightly by her attitude but I also am not solving my own murder
