I love a crime drama with actual chemistry between the partners and no crazy backstory! Sometimes people are just attracted to each other!

I picked this as our book club book and I think that was a good idea because boy howdy

This might be the most life-changing book I’ve ever read and I am not saying that lightly!

I feel like I’m reading a mid Manacled fan fic 😭

I don’t understand how the magic works but that’s not why I’m reading it so doesn’t matter

I cannot with the obscene amount of italics but so far so good can’t wait to see where my girl Sara takes me!!

The audiobook is soooo much more immersive than reading it would be for me

I somehow ended up with this book from an ex boyfriend, three ex boyfriends ago, and am just now reading it. V interesting!

Okay I’m into it now!
