True enimes to lovers. Im so excited for this to turn into a romance though. 30% in and there is not even a hint of non-loathing let alone yearning. The anticipation is killing me!

Phenomenal so far. I can totally relate to Selena when she talks about how she wants things to stay the same in CITY for the people that have been there from the start. I like both characters a lot and I'm so excited to see more of the romance section soon. I love how we aren't just thrown into the plot and we have some time to adjust and get a feel for this world and characters which their individual personalities!!

I hate the MMC. I feel soooo bad for his girlfriend Kate. She did nothing wrong and Sebastian is treating her like trash. I genuinely feel so bad. I don't really know if I'm going to be able to get over that for him and enjoy his character later in the book. THE FMC IS A TOTAL GIRLBOSS. I love her. Her energy is unmatched and I like that she is standing for what she wants!! GET IT!!!! Current rating is 4 for the FMC!

I cringed so hard it might qualify as some form of major national disaster. This quote came out of nowhere. Like love you Hailey but no, just no. Please stop now. Also we are more then 50%% of the book and I am yet to know what "accident" happened. Like I get it build suspense but I'm just confused

So.. I wasn't expecting to actually like this. I read a lot of bad reviews for it and had really low expectations but I am really I'm impressed with it. What I didn't expect was it to be this fast paced. It seems most of the story is over? She really has no more reason to be in Seabrook after Lottie died, but here she is? Most of Lottie's health decline was helped by her mom. All she really did was sit there.
