Wow...wish I read this in my youth...my highlighter is fading after 50 pages.

As mentioned above, I usually I give a book 100 pages to see if it will add something worthwhile. Alas the author paints a picture of a world I am not familiar with....a world berift of light and warmth. This is not worth the time and effort. It is the rare book categorized as 'unwilling to finish'.

This tome is geared for the sophisticated intelligentsia....the type that is adept at derision, master of disdain, mockery and ridicule...usually I give a book 100 pages but this vapid narrative of some meaningless underling of a diabolical narcissist is going to be a challenge. It is similar to being promised a gourmet meal and being served swill and offal...this book is a contemporary manifestation of that lie.

A true treasure of Grace...due to its nature, not a quick read..

Very moving....due to the spiritual depth of the subject, it is not a fast read, at least for me.

Nice break-thru...I can see others not being as receptive to the premise...it goes against the 'progressive' narrative..if it was about Paul VI these same critics would be high fivin' the author.

Outstanding recounting of little known, but yet important chapter of Polish heroism in the face of oppression.

Great subject and great location. Lousy theology. The author must feel like he slept in a holiday inn last night because he spews modernism like the best one world religionist. Pure nonsense results from lack of knowledge or faith....probably both.
