Oooohhhh this book is really good. I knew I would enjoy it when i read the first chapter. And i am thoroughly enjoying it thus far! I couldn't put it down! It just jumped to the books i compile as my favorites so far. If only sleep is not needed to sustain my brain to make sure i devour every word. 👏👏👏👏👏

I am in the brink of not finishing this book. How much long will Genevieve be difficult and insufferable? She was so cool in Phantasma. Why did she get to be like this? I get it, there is a deeper reason why & she is allowed to protect herself the way she thinks is best but It's not fun anymore when her character become stagnant & there is not any kind of development. Must authors always portray FMCs like this?

Okay, this is a short book and the tension and spice and the plot is just enough for me not to put the book down but i am now very sick of all that monologue about how Lor feels about Nadir. That push and pull, she hates him and doesnt want to do anything with him but then gets jealous and flirty. It's all good if it's just the right amount. But shit why does it have to go on in very chapter?! It's so annoying.

My God how long will this enemies crap between Tory and Darius go on! Both these characters make me want to throw my books away if only i got them for free! I am even welcoming more of Prof Washer's scenes just to get out of their bullshit. SERIOUSLY! These authors are batshit crazy!

I am putting this book aside for now. I just found out that there is Heirs POV of the Awakening and i'm going back to that stage. I like reading other characters' POV tbh. We'll see if this is more interesting.

I just realized that that fox reporter Gus is a Rita Skeeter male version. REALLY?!

Oh for the love all that's holy! All that shivering in the spine and ogling yet warring with the desire of the twins toward Darius and Lance is making me sick already. It's all too repetitive i want to cry!

And the sisters' ignorance for everything is so annoying! For fuck's sake they are in a school... all they do is be subjected to bullying and being stubborn, plotting for revenge while staying helpless?! Why are the no scenes in a library where they are studying? It's like this book is one bullying-retaliation with all the flirting kind of installment! Gah!

I am really starting to get pissed. I feel like I am being strung along with how the bullying plot is being stretched.
