Oh? So, we're back to using 1st person POV? Ok, Suzanne, I see you. 1st person for the District characters but 3rd person limited for the Capitol characters.

I like the difference in narration in Snow's and Katniss' POVs. Coming off of the original trilogy, I've especially noticed how details about the side characters are usually about an insignificant slight against Snow and him revelling in their misfortune. Katniss never did that. This really shows how mean, insecure, and power hungry Snow is.

Wow. The whiplash from just finishing Mockingjay to starting this book with regards to Tigris and Coriolanus' relationship. Like how can things get so bad that you wish death on your own cousin? (I forget if we find out in this book).
