The library sent me a notification that this new 40th anniversary audio book edition had just been added and would I be interested in reading it. Heck yes I was lucky enough to be the first one to check it out. It has a foreword by Taylor Sheridan that moved me to tears. For the next week I will be immersing myself into the old American west.

I’m only 13% into this book and I just have to say how deliciously good it is. Liane Moriaty is soooo good and describing people in every day situations. When reading a Liane book I feel like I’m people watching in a crowded place and I’m able to zone in on everyone’s inner dialogue. I can just tell this is going to be a great book already.

Wow this book was good. It's sad and was hard to listen to (at times I felt such hopelessness) but I didn't want to stop.

I’m 21% into this book and I think I’m going to set it aside for a bit. There are a lot of people on the waitlist that want to read it so I’m going to turn it in early. I think that it’s a case of me listening to too many books and now I want to take a break. I will definitely pick this back up.

I relate to so much of Seths book so far and I’m loving it. Billy Idol Mony Mony. Val Kilmer in Tombstone with the best Doc Holiday.

I'm 10 minutes into this and tears are streaming down my face and I am laughing at the same time, it's not pretty. I can tell I am going to love this book.

Don't just love it when the books you have requested all come in at the same time. I think I will start this one and pause The Red Chamber.

Lets see if I can get this one read before book club on Monday. What was I thinking when I peeked into The Goldfinch a few days ago????

I can't put this book down, and I need to be reading my book club pick for next Monday.

I am loving this book so far.

I am so loving hearing Martha Plimpton perform the reading of this book. I loved her in the Mosquito Coast and more recently in The Good Wife.

This book is so good, I can't put it down. But I must get some sleep ;)

I have already used my iPhone dictionary several times in these first 45 pages ;)

Ok I'm sure I am reading the unabridged version. I'm reading and reading everyday all day and I'm still only 37% done. It's soooo good.
