Mikayla is 23% done with A Simple Truth (The Freckled Fate #2)

So far, I’m struggling with this book more than the first one. It’s not that I don’t enjoy it, but the characters feel dull and are not interesting me.
I will finish it… DNF’ing a book is hard for me to do.
But I don’t know if I will end up reaching for the 3rd book in the series.
