i believe it is good to read this book AFTER surrounded by idiots if you enjoyed the book and the way Erikson put his ideas and studies into words. one important point here is that he mentions about the type of people not fitting into the DISC model & it's like a vol.2 or the next chapter of the first book of his to me.

his series is only the first step of a bigger view; so make sure youll catch it.
