Some series experience second book syndrome, but NOT this one. James Islington went above and beyond with this sequel, and considering the first book has already been a fan favorite among readers for years, that is really saying something. I cannot wait to see what happens and will most definitely be binging this over the next couple of days. I just know theres something big coming up. Or many somethings 😁

I would consider this to be an enjoyable young adult palette cleanser in between a fantasy epic and some dense non-fiction books. Looking forward to see how the trial pans out 👀 and where the story goes from here

What a hilarious and slightly absurd romp through medieval Europe with a rag-tag group of "Devils" on a mission to put a former thief turned princess on the throne of Troy. Each character is so distinct, the voice acting for each one is absolutely PHENOMENAL. One of the best audiobook experiences, honestly. Only 20% of the way through and can't get enough of this story.
