Bel is like THE most annoying fmc. Girl is mean and rude, like why do you think you have no friends? Also, it’s like she doesn’t even realize Rachel is her mother, and she’s plotting to get rid of her mother half of the book. like, girl. she doesn’t even notice other characters are wayyyy more suspicious.

This is gonna be my first book of the year! Following it up with tress of the emerald sea if anyone recommends it

I’m enjoying the book, but daisy is making it painful for me. like, we get your childhood was traumatic, but she’s a baby and seeks validation from men and we get that you’re emotionally attached to romeo, but you cannot be mad at christian for still being slightly in love with a girl he had a thing with like 5 years ago. also, she just gives way too much not like the other girls energy to be likable.
