I’ve been looking into Alfred a bit. I do not think he’s a sociopath as said by Florian, but he is very self centered and believes he is the strongest of all. He has been considered weak his whole life that the only thing that truly keeps him afloat is his devotion to the fuhrer.

I love both Emilia and Joana. Emilia’s baby is a beautiful metaphor for resistance in war.
