Part 3: Helena's memories have returned.
Current reality is grim still being in the High Reeve’s captive, but she does have something to live and fight for!
The resistance may be gone & the war over, but there is still hope for Helena, she just has to keep on fighting.
Epilogue ties up loose ends - but does leave it open for spin-offs!

Part 2: VERY drawn out, yes it's all about backstory & character development but for me it was drawn out a bit too much - counter productive to the pacing, slowing it right down.

It is dark in this section as your taken back to war time - For me this section is the 'marmite' section as starting the book at the end of the story you know what happens, so the reader could get disengaged from the storyline.

That's part one done today - So far it's been quite interesting, good descriptive narrative, enjoying all the references around the brain & it's working (or lack of!)& pacing seems to be at the mid-range, so for me it's a bit slow, but is retaining my interest so far.
