All the 'side-quests' have come to a conclusion, they are all back together right on que as we hit the 100 pages to the end mark......now to see how this ends!

A cheeky audio this afternoon, that I wasn't expecting & so far it's got a graphical element to it as well, which is a bonus!

Ohhh the slow-burn!! it's spicey, but it has a decent storyline as well

Didn't realise this book would be on the same timeline as book 1, just with a different couple!

It's all about the revolution baby!
This book reminds me of The Mocking Jay as it focuses more on the revolution & the drama on that side of the coin.

Loving this so far, a lot more back story which is invertedly setting up future plot lines & more character development + introductions.

Struggling with the pace of this book!

Has started slow, but I will persevere as the world building is quite decorative

Already from the start this seems to have more grit & storyline than some of the recent sports romances that I've read.

Rufus the cross-dressing alligator - I love a pet cameo but his sass & involvement in the storyline is fabulous darling!

A bit of a side-quest in this instalment, where we got history of the two main characters - would love to see either a book or novella detailing both of their histories on more detail.

It has subtle nods to the original fairy-tale, but loving the literacy easter eggs!

Loving the dark moody atmosphere of this book. Not so many easter eggs to Aladdin so far like other books in the series, but it seems the main characters are reversed!
