Imagining that all of the quotes are 100% real and not written from the perspective of someone that already knows the outcome makes me very sad

Only one chapter into the book and I just absolutely love the way that she portrays the characters, everything about it just gives them such a good personality.

Though I’m only reading this for class I am genuinely really intrigued about the world this is going to become. The idea of growing people in a lab is so scary

This book is definitely good at building suspense, it’s also leading me down all of the paths of the investigation and it’s making me genuinely think that we’re about to solve the case. Sadly with it being true crime, I know we never find out who the murderer is but the writing definitely makes you feel like you will.

I took this book on a long car ride with me and only got this car in and stopped. I am so glad that I am getting back into reading because I think about this book and story all of the time.

Just how captivating the story was in the first 4 chapters that I have been thinking about it for years is a true testament of how good of a writer James Patterson really is.

A whole bunch of nothing has happened yet, though it is definitely building suspense. I hope to not be let down

It’s like perfectly paced for my attention span, I didn’t think I’d want to read 30 pages of just a ton of people alibis of what happened during a murder, though the author put them in an order that flows very well.
