another class reading, but i’m a big fan of this book! written by a former pastor gone professional/motivational communicator. i will finish this tonight probably, it’s too good to put down.

this book is actually pretty interesting. it was a class assignment, but i’m surprised at how curious i am to keep reading. it’s basically a theological diss track aimed at bart ehrman, who argues that jesus isn’t God or divine. he also claims the entire new testament has no real validity, making jesus’s life and work irrelevant. this book pushes back on all of that—it’s wordy, but it’s been good so far

i like the story so far but the way the writer is trying to incorporate more relevant lingo and tiktok references is KILLING me because they feel miscued and misplaced

i like this, probably my least favorite of the series but there are so many redeeming parts that make me want to still give it a 5/5. maybe i’ll finish it in this sitting, who knows

I LOVE THIS BOOK. I’M GEEKED. even though i think the main plot is predictable—all of the small storylines that are connecting as each chapter passes make it feel like you don’t know what’s gonna happen!!!
