Really appreciate the author talking about white supremacy in the Norse pagan community. It needs to be confronted more often.

I’ve enjoyed this book quite a bit and have enjoyed Woodfield’s other Morrigan related endeavors, her oracle deck in particular. This book has helped me step into my practice with the Morrigan but at times it feels to lose sight of the subject and branch off into other loosely related deities and folk figures and it loses me.

Since I finished Infuerno I’ll be walking to this now! Good thing too cause it’s long..

This is gonna be an even slower read for me than normal, though maybe not, it’s tiny. But I saw someone say to always carry a book on you so when you feel the need to pick up your phone to scroll, even the shortest period, read a page. This is not new at all but I picked this book cause it fits in my smallest purse.

I’ve decided to give this book another crack. My therapist continues to bring it up when I start letting old unhealthy behaviors affect my relationships. Hoping this time I get it. Idk though.

I thought this would be gay in the subtext but it’s just gay

Loving this book so much unfortunately I have abused the hell out of my copy it will be unreadable after I’m done with it
