Gatsby is compensating for something. There are so many different rumors that’s none of them can actually be real. Plus i’m not sure about Jordan. I think she might actually know who Gatsby really is. Why he’s making a show for everyone. Also not sure about Nick either.

Somehow Gatsby always comes into conversation. His fancy rumored life. Tom is obviously leading Myrtle on and telling her stories about their future life to get what he wants.

Tom and Daisy’s relationship seem so fake and polished. Like they’re pretending to be happy to appease others. They are both obviously unhappy. Tom peaked in college while i’m not quite sure about Daisy. She’s probably just wanting a different life? She seems so air headed. Like she’s cosplaying as a happy wife and mom. She doesn’t even seem to know anything about her own child.

I’ve already read this book before. Certain parts of the book are vaguely familiar. Very interested in the fact that Damen’s house is unfurnished. I know he’s a vampire or something already. But weird that he literally doesn’t have any furniture. Half expecting that weird locked room to have like a casket or something? Also why is the weird blood concoction sparkly? Why is he obsessed with Ever. Idk…
