Love how simple this case is. No location hopping, no investigation session, just all taken in as as Watson is. It's always so cool to see the mystery unravel when you have all the answers in front of you.

Pretty engaging case the one with the engineer. Unfortunately, Holmes didn't really have much to do in this one, Watson had more to do which was nice, but it was still held up by the story of events themselves. The conclusion left a lot to be desired but I guess that's still fine overall.

Speckled band time. So funny reading about Holmes straightening out a metal poker so effortlessly after a big muscular guy bends it to intimidate him. I pictured Holmes to be a bit more lean but maybe he's actually extremely jacked.

Sherlock is just in it for the love of the game. He doesn't care about convicting people unless it's really serious. What a GC.

Literal goose chase. Surely this isn't where the phrase came from, that'd be nuts.

Holmes really do be doing it for the love of the game. He just wants to solve things that most people look at and dismiss.

I love that Holmes literally comes to his conclusions by smoking and just thinking for as long as he needs to. The goat.

These cases are nuts some times. There was a mention of the KKK in one case and now Holmes is just chilling in an opium den. Holmes really just goes above and beyond for his cases. Also Watson is pretty fearless to just walk into a den full of drongos. Really curious where this case is going.

Interesting case. Didn't think it would go in that direction and have Holmes so emotional. Despite that though, he was able to calmly get the upper hand and get a bittersweet victory. Not a cheery ending to the case but I like that more because it poses more questions. Really enjoying it so far.

Pretty weird case so far. Orange pips, family dying, the KKK... that's some crazy stuff. Watson really hyping this one up to be the biggest one yet.

Finished the Boscombe Valley Mystery. I liked the bittersweet conclusion and how Holmes chose to let things play out despite solving the mystery. Very cool.

Liking this case so far. Lot more detail on the events and facts, giving us all the information to piece things together like Watson is doing. Looking forward to reading more.

Lol what a weird ending to the identity case. Nonchalant Holmes just shrugs it off and moves on to the next. Loving his character.

I only read 30 mins during the night before bed so much progress each update.

But I'm onto the next case and it's sounding pretty interesting so far. Disappearing lover who was about to marry and it sounding like a targeted hit/adduction, looking forward to where this leads.

Pretty good so far. I've always heard about Holmes and how he thinks but it's fun to actually read through one of his cases and see the deductions done firsthand. Also I'm liking Holmes and Watsons relationship so far, they're just bros hanging out and looking out for each other.
