Not sure what genre this book is but so far it's making me hooked rather effectively:)) I'm quite surprised by myself at how easy it is for the book to do so for I've only been reading fantasy or historical fiction. But in this book, the plot and "world-building" seems rather plain,simple and realistic yet no less gripping.

It would be a long time when I pick up the next book in the series:))

Get the vibe of the book but overall didn't enjoy it thoroughly, only some moments and some chapters of my fav characters. Wish for more Adolin's chapters, he was so fun to read. Pls Shallan, it's enough of character development, let's move on. And yes Dalinar and Kaladin, carry this series!

Some characters' chapters feel irrelevant and too long for some reasons:) tho I really enjoy some glimpses in the Blackthorn's past. Perhaps Brandon Sanderson is not exactly for me. After this book, might reread again tho jusy with my fav characters' chapters
