This book really asked used to suspend reality far too much far too early. you’re telling me a man who has been ostracized by the scientific community for thinking animals are attacking people worldwide lives with a chimpanzee, and sees no issue going to a village in the middle of Africa that has gone radio silent, and is known for male lions?

This book is way tooooo long. Enjoyable but too long

Book is so dense and cover so many topics. I have never wanted to annotate a book before and I am so glad I have a physical copy to go along with the audiobook. I will be very surprised this isn’t a five star read.

Science is so cool. What to you mean we’ve tracked HSV1 and 2 back to Neanderthal, homo erectus, and other hominid interactions?
