The characters are unique, the world seems normal at first but many mysteries are foreshadowed, and Kafka’s journey is interesting. I see why this book is as so highly regarded.

I wasn’t very interested in this book at first, I only read it because I liked the dog on the cover, but it’s been pretty good so far.

I like this book a lot. I love how it describes the feelings and pressures of mental illness without expecting you to understand. I like how it’s unique, flowing, and almost every sentence is a run-on, but in a way that it sweeps you along and makes it hard to look away.
