Okay, Nesta and Bryce and Az… I am loving the two worlds colliding!! Perfect timing after I just finished ACOSF. Nesta with a cell phone lol🥹

I almost gave up on this book but now I am glad I didn’t. The beginning is a tad slow and boring but we officially have a dragon/eithral rider!! And we have finally finally have a confession of love.

Just read a passage I want to remember… “He told me to stop crying. Said it would only satisfy those who had wronged me. That I shouldn’t give them the gift of my sorrow.”

This book is speaking directly to me. “I thought it love, then, but now I wonder if it wasn’t simply the emptiness of grief, seeking something to rush in and take away the barren feeling”

I loving it. Hitting on topics dear to me… women giving up their life dreams so men can pursue theirs… men taking advantage by cheating in such situation and some historical intrigue…

I feel like I have figured out the mystery half way through… I hope I am incorrect.

I almost bailed after the first 20 pages but now I am invested in the characters and am having a hard time putting the book down!

I could sit and read this all day. Hate to put it down.

It’s definitely reading quickly! Just what I needed.

There’s some really interesting parts and some that a bit slow….

Pierce Brown has done a great job of making a complex fantasy world approachable and war engaging.

Okay… can’t stop now…. Anxious to know the end.

Started the audiobook in traffic today!

Diving right in. So far so good.

I can’t stop reading. I will be done within the week. What a great book to start the year.

Very interested in the storyline so far!

I bought this book while in Edinburgh as I wanted to buy a book by a local author…. It’s okay but it’s literally about nothing really… just the random lives of people in Edinburgh… not 100% I will finish it

Some parts are difficult to read. I am getting a lot of Rebecca vibes from this book though…

It’s good! Kinda sexist and cheesy but entertaining…

Great so far! Such a page turner now that I got about half way in!

Intriguing so far!

Enjoyable but keep putting it down and then forgetting characters. Wish I knew more Greek mythology!

Listening to this one. Honestly this is quite depressing so far.
