From a not so ideal start to a terrible spring training. The NYY are starting to push things into the right direction but not without a few bumps in the road.

Chapter 10 is with ST in full swing. Leading up to this the authors did a good job including the day's current events that were happing in the world.

Good read so far. A look back at players mentality during 80's baseball.

End of book introduces you to modern stats. Explained in an easy to understand manner. The newer formulas however can come off as complex and they are but the book shines brightest in explaining them.

This book does a great job breaking down newer stats and examples of how they are better at capturing a players performance.

Great so far. Breaks stats down to an easy to understand approach and the add humor keeps you into it.
