Everything I believed was a lie. Darkling=Evil Mal=Good? (Still iffy about him..) For some reason I don’t trust Bagha or whatever her name is 🙄.

I lowkey hate the darkling bc why are they always kissing and then he scurries away and ignores her for weeks like whaaaaat… figured out Mals name isn’t Mal it’s a nickname sooo maybe Mal is just misunderstood? I still don’t trust him and the darkling sucks now👎

YAYYYY THEY KISSED!!!! but it’s too early and so now I’m worried… but she ditched Mal and now I’m thinking she’s going to be in love with the dark king and then BAM he’s a bad man (boooo!) and then Mal and her are going to confess their love and we are supposed to forget all about her love for the darkling and everything will be all sunshine’s and rainbows.

Zoya sucks no doubt about it and I keep calling the ‘Corporalki’ cobra Kai also the darkling is sending mixed signals which is frustrating. Probably the most relatable main character in any fantasy book tho.

Love the fmc she’s super relatable and I love the way the author writes 10/10
