Will this book ever end?! No.... This book is aggravating the heck out of me. It's one of those big books that is a marathon read, but in reality didn't really need to be as long and drawn out, as it is. I want to finish it, but it keeps going in circles, and is making me a bit dizzy in the process. This is not my favorite Murakami, not at all.

Packing all of your belongings into a U-Haul and then transporting them across several states is nearly as stressful and futile as trying to run away from lava in swim fins.

'The Headless Horseman' has been my favorite story so far, which was a nice treat for me on Halloween.

This one is long, but I've gotten into the story and really like the main character Josie. I can't wait to see how it will all end: my prediction is darkly.

I was stuck on "Flushing Out Our Enemies" for a while because I had a lot of inner critics to wage war with. However, I feel better now that I have an inner critic care process in place that allows me to "manage" them better when they make themselves known. I've cruised through the next few chapters and am excited to see what's next.

Nostalgia is a weather worn ship where I have traveled forever. Regrets are my oars; skeletons, my powder monkeys.

Panic's even more infectious than the Z Germ and the wonders of Land Warrior allowed that germ to become airborne...you don't have to be Sun freakin Tzu to know that real fighting isn't about killing or even hurting the other guy, it's about scaring him enough to call it a day...the fact that we couldn't shock and awe Zack boomeranged right back in our faces and actually allowed Zack to shock and awe us!

A fun satire on technology. A must read for everyone, since computers are the norm in our homes and workplaces. Luckily, web enabled artificial intelligence refrigerators haven't caught on yet :)

Taking one chapter a day and really focusing on the journaling questions at the end of each chapter. I have done this for only two chapters so far, and the results have already exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to vanquishing my inner demons, negative critics, and finding renewed passion for the one creative outlet that has been with me throughout the years, writing, even if it's just for myself.

We need to find a balance between action and reflection.

A really great, well researched work that makes me glad to be an introvert. I'm going to give it to my brother when I'm done because he's even more introverted than I am and would get a lot out of this book as well.

Life is transition and I need the tools to make it easier this time, as well as, future times in order to grow authentically and have meaningful work.
