Now that I've built my initial lean canvases, we need to start testing the assumptions. There are 3 risks to consider: product risk (is this a problem worth solving, do my early adopters engage with the MVP? Can we then verify it at larger scale?). Customer risk (who has the pain, can we narrow this down to early adopters? Start interacting with outbound channels, but build scalable inbound channels), + market risk
