I had to finish earlier from where I started because I am too tired to keep reading, but I am getting the urge to keep reading anyway. I simply cannot, even though I wish I could. The detail that Bob is going into is fascinating. Have to keep sitting with this book, slowly.

Oh my gosh. I just hit the table of contents and I am already emotional. The cover of Ed and Bruce together, such a tender, intimate moment with the two makes me yearn for love.

Even just seeing the cover art of this book it is enough to make me cry. Hell, even thinking about the concept of true love this book seems to emanate is enough. It has me thinking of my own relationship, with my girlfriend, my relationship to my friends and family. Glück's work has deeply impacted me in my writing and personal life. This is gonna be another hard book to get through.

Over the course of the pages I have read I love the "cut up method" Burroughs has employed. A very confusing hard to read book but that is why I have loved it so far

so far William Burrough excels when speaking on the taboo, really interesting so far that the co-lead of Queer is also the protagonist of this book! thats so cool. I am excited to get to that parts of his notes and the many essays he wrote! He really might be up there as one of my favorite writers along with Robert Gluck and Phillip K Dick.
