Life is complicated, transformative, and most times grey. Sybil is, in many ways, the most human character I have read in a while. Her letters are kind but intense, thoughtful but sharp. Her life (at 70 yo) has little to do with mine but has given me the reassurance that it’s never too late to apologize, and embrace our flaws. Truly and wholeheartedly. I hope this book is a constant reminder of grace, forgiveness.
