Ok, I feel like our character Lara has had some SA go on in her childhood. Because I’m sorry, but no young girl is *that* hyper-sexual at such a young age that she would go for men who are double her age while still being a minor. Not to mention her father was a drunk…so, I’m wondering if something happened there. Also, she supposedly killed her husband…even if she did, there’s a reason for it…

This was given to me as a early Christmas gift from a close friend! So, while I’m liking it so far (purely the aesthetics)…I feel like the writing is…weird? “Dang it”…hello? Maybe I’m overthinking it, but anyways…

The amount of grammar and misplaced or lack-of words is somewhat making me turned off from this book. I know, I know- petty reason. But it’s just like…it’s clear she self published this, and I don’t mean that bad! I just mean I wish it had more than a glance and was fixed of it’s mishaps.
