Just got it from the Kindle store,

I listen to most of my books nowadays and I've just started this one. I love these Brian McClellan books and having lots of novella's in between his books is just awesome. Ben Stykes is a great new character that was introduced in Sins of Empire. Its good to have some background on him before the next full novel comes out. I'll say more when I've listened to it.

I got this as a kindle first book as it hasn't been released yet. Its a book you can get drawn into very easily so I'm looking forward to the rest of it.

I'm loving this book, its very easy to get into

The scorpion kindin people are featured heavily in this book. I like how savage they are like. Cherwell is having huge problems as she has become inapt.

Not started yet as my son sneaked of with the book!

This is as good as book two and there's some new additions to the already huge character list. The little fly girl Taki is really cool but Totho the traitor has yet to make an appearance.

I'm so looking forward to this!!

There's so many characters I love in this and they are spread so thin across this world. I'd like to know more about some of the new races that have been introduced, like the vampire like Ukteberi

This is very easy to get into even with the huge cast of characters

I can't stop reading these novellas!! this one is fantastic. I've read untiil my battery ran out on my nexus and I'm doing this update on my phone. I'm gutted I can't finsh this tonight, Tamas and Erice are so cool

I've just met the creepy Duke Nickslaus as a very young man. no wonder Erica was freaked by him.

Slow going with this one but I'm getting into the book now. I love how the kids have made a society of sorts now that the world has completely changed

I'm loving this book so much. Its following in three parts. Taniel, Tamas and Adamat. Each have there own story to tell.

The world is pretty much broken in this book. I love it.

Is it zombies or could it be vampires? More fun from johnny and his friends.

Very good fun so far, it reads like a typical terry Pratchett book. The four boys are great.

Good beginning, hard to get into though

Pendergast is being very mysterious in this book. And Captain Custer is making a huge mess of things which is bringing much needed humour to this book.

I've become a bit addicted to these agent Pendergast novels and this one is awesome as it has him in it right from the beginning. The story has the big creep factor in it as well, the series killer isn't the usual kind. Totally awesome.

I'm up to c.16 now, its slow going listening rather than reading. The men in Lucy's tomb was done well, the horror of the men came over well with the voice actors.

I love the character of Mephesto. The books sped up now, very exciting.
