I’m reading this novelization in hopes to catch any wenclair moments, and so far I am enjoying it. Her description of Ajax and then Enid is enough for my confirmation. Also, reading the novelization is bringing back details I missed watching s1 the first time. I completely forgot Xavier and Wednesday had a childhood memory together.

Okay…so finally something’s going on in the book other that Ferye being emo about her status of a prisoner at a magical and fancy castle. Her run in with the naga and Tamlin’s rescue reminds me of that scene in beauty and the beast, which is the main focus of why I’m here reading it. But when she talks to Alis I can’t help but wonder about why the author choose this challenge of invading faes for the novel

I don’t really like Feyre. Her inner voice confuses me. she sounds like she doesn’t really like her family. I know she’s stressed with trying to keep her sisters and dad from starving and hunts out of obligation, but when she goes to Prythian, she still thinks of them? And she says her mother was a cold heartless woman but still keeps her promise to her. Plus the way her sisters treat her, why even bother?
