S got it from his mom’s book and released him from his oath to Bel when he trapped him in the tree while they were pulling the soldiers through the portal to escape the rot in Cahlish! He was so sad, and onyx died saving S and she broke the rune the Harzax gave to her to bring him back from the dead! This book is so good!

They all went back to Cahlish and Tal was dying thanks to the seal Is left on him she had been in on plan, and no one can find Al, S was the one who shut off the portal, bc of a new rune she hasn’t figured out yet, K and S had a cute scene where S said she nervous about cure, bc she doesn’t wanna be human he said he would die with her! L and the army also came back and C speaking is making plants grow!

The civil war part was the most interesting

That was wild, K is back with the silver and H who blames S and think she is a traitor, asshole! She got her quicksilver power, F is helping her as new lord of midnight and made up with K, but she needs brimstone power cuz it kills the infected which they found after A was attacked, she found the book and passed K mom test, they are so cutie! Tal just poisoned all the bad vampires and killed himself!

C said he could have loved S but he is too sad. K and S met in a dream and got to see each other he loves her so much, and Tal ran away to be with the women he loves while he was betrothed to Ev which is why R hates him, K knows about F now, and he saw R sister who he let burn, when everything happened, and it was trying to manipulate him.

K and C were attacked by scorpions and had to work thru the hallucinations to defeat him, and he told them a secret and now they need the anti venom, and S has been going to the library to research when Foley the man they have been looking for tried to kill her but she stopped him and he’s having a hard time believing her and L about K and S but he has agreed to help them!

K and C are in Zil chasing after a locksmith that opened up C bank while he was gone so they can get the silver and S is figuring out she has much more magic like fire, healing and making shit disappear! She put a hole in the castle when a vampire attacked her, she is learning about those powers and will be able to escape to Cahlish, she sees K in 3 days and Tal will unbind from her!

That was such an interesting story it didn’t flow but all those stories seemed to connect to the central idea

Are you serious he did not get the punishment he deserved, I can’t believe Eli died and he killed him and all the stuff with Ann and Ben and his crazy servant who believed him so fully was Sojourner Truth!

She has banned the vampires from doing anything except if they are infected by the rot, they don’t listen and it’s kill land rly fast! They absorb magic, and don’t die by beheading, K and S are becoming so cute, but they can’t get married bc he doesn’t know his true name and his mom died before he was born, but his mom took over E and spoke to her about the rot and sealing her runes! They said I love you!

This stuff is so crazy and the marriages are all a lil creepy

Her stories of Haitian life are insane especially that one about that women who got taken in place of her husband!

Cool to hear about the flies scene, and the connections between all those events

They saved K and killed Mal but came at a cost, Mal was working with B and Mad who are still alive, E is safe, K is getting the quicksilver out of him, S almost died and so Tal had to turn her for K and she is fae now too, thanks to god bonding with K bc the god of chaos told her too, to stop the world from ending, and since she killed Mal she is supposed to be queen, and Ca was the heir to fae throne all along!

F accepted the mate bond! S has not yet but I can tell she wants to even tho it scares her, bc she knows there is a lot in the way of them working, F is dying because of the Quicksilver, and he almost gave up but S convinced him not to, she is gonna save him and E, the team is looking thru books trying to figure out what to do they got a witch to help, and they head out to save E and then they worry about F!

S and K are finally starting to act like a couple! He is resistant bc he don’t want to hurt her, but he’s warming up to it, C helped her figure out how to fix the sword she broke saving K and it chose another user and she talked the silver into giving him magic! They have been facing off against the vampires and we know more now, as well as they have his sister and want S but he won’t have it!

K and S are just irritating each other cuz he keeps making her do stuff, they are in his home, with Ren and C who is irritating the f out of K and he made him take a bath to get her scent off her for some boots, she is trying to figure out how to make the 15k rings she needs to make and has failed, and she is headed to the war camp with them tmrw! The fire sprites are also super interesting!

K and S are getting to know one another, she even kissed him but it was to take the ring cuz she figured out how to open the portal thanks to the librarian, K is being nice to her sometimes for some reason and right as she ran away and was about to travel back to her home he stopped her and told her she would’ve died and she told him she wouldn’t help til her brothers was okay, he barely made it and got Carrion!

Saeris knows how to fight stole armor from a guard and gave it to Hayden who got caught by guards she volunteered herself and killed two of them, after the queen sentenced her to die she unveiled her power of controlling metal and took a sword which opened a portal to the Fae, Kingfisher saved her and brought her to the castle, where he is banished from and she has to find out stuff about the portal!

They destroy arks, and tyr needed E help to do it, the king of the underworld put L and N in a new trial, and thought she was without power, but she surprised him with it after N dad who betrayed them first threw her the ark that Her had and she broke out of there and Rion died under the rubble, after his first act of kindness, Tyr took Z place instead of L, Am becomes new primary, E ascends and T goes to woods!

This whole book is wild, N and L have overcome so much, everyone is back together they know how to bond they killed Cl and they are meeting with the leaders and going to destroy the arks to destroy Z who wants to kill them, Cyan kinda forgave her, but d acry is being difficult, N has to give up primary to marry L and he is happy bc Am will be primary, and even tyr seems to be returning and Ev will prolly be king!

They have found each other and explained all that happened over time they both Hate Z and L especially wants to kill her now but that could lead to her taking her place they will fight all of that and more, they reunited with tris, wil, Am and Mael in the village and they told of Aphelion and they are heading there together when Z starts raining fire on them and N and L have to draw the fire away!

N and L have finally reunited, L got the ark back and had to almost get captured by the aurora king in order for Z to bring her up and then Z just wanted more arks and wouldn’t give N back, she fought Z and then stole all the arks and got sent back down, and N saw her magic and forced his way to the after world and talked to his grandad about his fathers betrayal and he helped him get back to L in Ouranos!

When looking at all the religious struggles of early societies Jefferson and others did not want to repeat those mistakes in the new society.

L got the ark only after the aurora king came to get her and she had to explain everything to cyan and the others she had been lying to, she had to destroy part of the castle and is being chased by Rion, who also in his flashback found out how to control the torch, G can’t find At, N is getting seduced by Z and L is on the run and has made more enemies!

L made a bargain with Z to get Cyans ark and then she would bring N back to life and she in alluvion with people who don’t trust her one being wolf’s sister who hates her, trying to get the ark but she graduated to a bedroom from the dungeon, and Atlas escaped from jail and killed two of the warders and Z is playing some weird games trying to pit N against L!

That was a crazy cliffhanger N might be dead at L hands cuz his father took them, the gods want L to take Zerra place which is insane, Tyr was revealed to the sun kingdom and G was freed from his promise, L lost the ark and her crown to N father and now they are both out in the woods no clue where their friends are, or any of their stuff, now they have to get it all back and defeat his dad!

L is rly coming into her power and she is ready to storm the palace, N threw her a surprise bday party and gave her a ring it was so cute, G is going thru it tbh, he hates atlas and is trying his best to keep the secret but At pulls it from him using Tyr and now he knows he was lying and G knows he is looking for the arc but when they storm the house everyone is gone and G goes back to face At!

They are mates and they love each other, I love them together! Tristan is the primary to the woodlands, her sister got a map on the inside and nearly discovered tyr, they are gonna break in to see if the mirror will give her the ark, which will fix the weird nature events the priestess that tricked her gps is still alive and plotting but they are getting info out of her! They think they can bond right this time!

L and N are getting closer but she keeps pushing him away, she just figured out there mates and they can communicate by mind, after he saved her from one of the kings soldiers she talked to someone who knew her gm, she is discovering how to use her power, her brother has woodlands power and her sister is posing as a maid to figure out how to get to the mirror! Their uncle found them, shit is about to go down!
