Okay am giving this another try. Determined to finish it this time.

Wasn’t sure if this was going to be my vibe but I definitely wanted to read it before seeing the movie!! Glad I’m doing that because it is INDEED my vibe!!

This book is super intriguing but I really hate Nina!! I know it’s super early on and I’m supposed to think she’s kind of an arse but it’s making me not want to read. I shall push on though because I know the twist is INSANE!!!

This is going to be my favorite book of 2025 and it’s a fantasy … and I’m reading it in December … how wild!!!

Literally just started! Doing this immersive style hahaha. Audio and physical!!!

I decided to give this a go on audio and I’m so glad I did!! Now I’m flying through it and totally understand the hype. Something about reading it just wasn’t catching for me. Thank god for options!!!

For a second I was worried this was going to be just a little too science heavy for me but I’m so glad I held out!! Don’t get me wrong this is sci-fi so I knew what I was getting into but the plot development has really tugged at my heart strings! I’m eating this up!!!

So far this one is pretty good! I’m listening to the audio book which is really helping me better grasp all of the science talk haha. I knew going in it would be science heavy of course but wow that’s a lot of numbers!! I do like it :)

I just finished The Devil and Mrs. Davenport so I’m kind of on a mid century housewife roll right now!! I saw a booktoker liken this book to The Reformatory (5 star read for me) and I’m very interested to see where they drew that comparison from. So far the only thing I can gather is the time period. Excited to continue! I think it’s about to ramp up.

I think I’m going to just temporarily DNF this. I definitely want to come back to it and give it a fair shot at one point but there’s just something about it that’s not pulling me in. I really want to be obsessed with it though!!

I’ve only heard really good things about this book but there is just something about it that isn’t latching on to me quite yet :/

I really like this!! However I do worry that the love interest of the fmc is a little too convenient for the sake of the plot. I like him a lot but I fear he might be a crutch …

So far so good. I fear it may fall into the predictable category. Hoping it proves me wrong!
