Libby is very irritating albeit she does have skill, I absolutely love Nico, his charter and his motivations. I believe he will be one of the five to succeed. Reina is awesome as well. My opinions on the other three keep changing

So Nico’s accepting the deal because of Gideon, he’s also like probably the nicest character out of the six right now. I wanna see what the others motives are to take the deal.

I love the writing style so far. The dialogue is well rounded in terms of character differentiation and it is very clear that Nico is a love interest despite Ezra, Nico and Libby are explained to be inseparable despite hating each-other. I honestly think he’s the main love interest. He’s cool though, probably my favourite character so far.

Wow! This is one of the best books I’ve read in a while. I love the world and how the Grisha are classified. I am really sad about the heartrenders tho, they seem very ostracised by others

I’m loving the simultaneous sit-come feel of the book with all the side excursions that characters deal with while also dealing with many problems both mentally and politically. The growth of Sharkie in the short amount of time I’ve been reading about her is very telling of the characters surrounding her (ps. I love Greg omg)
