A rather good book for those starting to read.

Read half the book . Would make a good history book for a course in high school.
Will finish the book when I find it again, as it got misplaced some where in the house.

I like the way the characters are coming together.

The reason it"s taking me so long, is that I am trying to make the story last. It's that enjoyable to me, even though it's your typical cozy mystery.

An okay book. nothing exceptional

Wow! This book should be a must read for those studying history.

The reason it's taken me so long to finish this book is that I don't want it to end. But, at the same time, I do want to finish it up. On one hand, I find it terrible depressing, on the other, I find the girls courage amazing.

Not what I expected. It's better then what I expected.

Man, I don't want this story to end.

I am really getting an education with this one. And it's an interesting education.

About a quarter of the way through the book, and I love it so far. It took me awhile to get into it, but man. It's good.

it strikes me as a great "bathroom" book. Each chapter so far just covers one subject, or similar subjects. So far, even though I've read the chapter on cadavers, flies, and maggots, there hasn't been too much that I thought as gory. I've enjoyed ot so far.

Now it's financial management. And not selling yourself short on what to charge for your art.

I always enjoy a Maisie Dobbs novel

Decided to give it another try. So far a good front porch read.

Set in 1961,it's a coming of age story of 13 year old Frank and his younger brother. That summer, there are four deaths that take place. Each one bothers the boys in a defferent way, with the third being the worse.

Even though I felt like had read this book once before, it was still good. And kept my attention.

I love most of fannie Flagg's novels. My only problem with them is that they come to an end. This one is no different.

This is the story of a town over a century of it's life. Different people
s stories are told.

So far, the father is out of control, and his twins poster children for birth control, He and his wife complain about lack of money, but constantly feed the kids at restaurants, and enroll them in different things.

I wish I had read the book before I watched the show. The book, so far, explains a whole lot that I missed in the show. This was due to either the fact I couldn't see what the characters were doing, or hear what they were saying on the televised version.
