Good so far. Definitely paid by the page kind of vibe. Also the largest cast of characters so far. It seems like it’s given up on the first-person-perspective chronicle type storytelling unfortunately. I liked when stuff was happening that the narrator was actually witness to and involved in right now I feel like there’s a lot going on where I’m like “is Anton just making all this up?” If he is then what?

What is happening. Is something going on with Bürstner 👀 I’m not sure.

K. Seems to be making things continually more difficult for himself by meddling, being indifferent when he should be attending to his case, and attending to his case in the incorrect way.

Sprinkle in some wonderfully surreal scenes and ridiculous imagery. Great so far. A world where everything is dirty and the air is heavy
